Fully Equipped Pilates Studio
Our Main pilates studio is used for reformer training classes. The studio holds 5 reformers as well as a barrel and stability chair. Classes are limited to five people. The studio is used for private and semi-private training. Our studio features top of the line Stott Pilates and Balanced Body Reformers and equipment.
Indoor Cycling and Group Exercise Room
Our second room is used for group classes which include Indoor Cycling, TRX training, Bosu Ball Classes, Yogalates, Cycle/Weight classes, and Pilates Mat Classes. WE maintain small class sizes of no more than 9 people per class so we can ensure that everyone is doing the exercises properly.
Indoor Cycling
An excellent way to get in shape, lose weight and build strength. No matter your level of ability indoor cycling is non-impactive, you control the resistance and pace. Besides being a great form of aerobic activity (burning between 400 and 600 calories in 40 minutes) indoor cycling is also beneficial in strengthening muscles of the lower body. Our studio features top of the line Keiser M3 Indoor Cycles with fully adjustable seats and handlebars for comfort. Bring your runners or cycling shoes, a water bottle, and join us for a fun fast ride set to music and get ready to sweat!
